Philippe has over 20 years of investment and
international business development experience.
Philippe was for 15+ years general partner of Paris-based Bannexi & Kreaxi Ventures where he was responsible for investments such as Tedemis (sale to Criteo), Linkfluence ($45m PE fundraise & build-ups in Germany, China, US), Adyoulike (UK expansion: build-up), Marketshot (sale to La Poste) or Fittingbox (expansion to Germany w/ Fielmann). Before, he launched in 1997 the US Venture Capital fund Partech International in France, as General Partner in charge of IT software investments such as JobPartners (sold to Oracle), DCT (sold to Veritas Software) and Mediapps (sold to EverTeam). Philippe has lead a significant number of start-up investments, portfolio build-up transactions and major acquisitions in Germany, USA and France. He served on the board of multiple companies, steering management teams to international growth, turnarounds and towards successful exits.
In 1982, he started his career in the start-up of Dassault Systemes, today the ww market leader in 3D software. He was in management positions including three years as International Operations Director and four years as Business Development Director, where he led several acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
He is a founding member of the French Tech Pass and serves on the board of WILCO, Scientipole Croissance and member of Cap Digital, the largest cluster of digital start-ups in France. He serves as well as President of the Industry Financing Commission at France Invest. As well, he is in the Strategic Commitee of the European Champions Alliance. Philippe holds a MSc. in aeronautical engineering from ESTACA and an executive degree from HEC.
